All forms of payments to be made by the buyer shall be payable directly to the developer or Bank (if escrow account)and will be honored upon issuance of Official Receipts of monthly payments upon clearance of each post dated check
The buyer must be abide of guidelines of the Developer as stipulated in the Reservation Agreement
2. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
Duly Accomplished Pro-forma Reservation Agreement Form and Buyers Information Sheet (1 copy)
Photo copy of latest of Community Tax Certificate or Passport
Postdated checks for the amortization of balance of purchase price
Special Power of Attorney (SPA) (if incase buyer is based in abroad & wants to authorized any representative in the Philippines )

Print 3 copies each page
Fill-up necessary blanks in the S.P.A draft & affix your signature
Snail Mail the duly accomplished S.P.A together with your Philippine Passport (photo copy) & 1 Pc. (2x2) I.D. Picture, at the address below;
(Note: other developers requires S.P.A to have it consularized at the Philippine Embassy. We will keep you posted on this matter)
Note: Except for S.P.A All above requirements will be accomplished and sign by your representative here in the Philippines .
SUCCEEDING REQUIREMENTS (w/ balance):
Five (5) signed copies of Contract to Sell
One (1) signed copy of Deed of Restrictions (annex-A)
FINAL REQUIREMENTS (fully paid including Dues & other miscellaneous fees)
Five (5) signed copies of Deed of Absolute Sale
One (1) signed copies of Deed of Restrictions (annex-A)
